We are on a fast, accelerating evolutionary path, with technology the driver. Society has tried to keep up with the changes. We have been blind to the consequences of our choices, which have led to an ever-increasing complex society of increasing dependance. The biggest consequence, which has not risen to a conscious level is that population has aggravated every issue. The question is, who is in control and what is their motivation? Will the idea of democracy survive?
